We try every year to have a Cinco de Mayo party! This year we got lucky and it landed on a Saturday! We had about 12 adults and 9 kids! It was a loy of fun! We made carne asada, refried beans (the real kind!) and rice. And out guests bround chips and dip as well as drinks!

Looks fun! It was our turn to feed the Elders...last minute 1/2 through cooking dinner Rick suggested going out to Mexican since it was Cinco de Mayo... always a good excuse to go out to dinner. The Elders loved it.
