Pizza making, FHE and pumpkin carving!!!

Waiting patiently! For dinner on Monday night, I thought it would be fun to make pumpkin shapped pizza'a for dinner! I got a good pizza dough recipe from my friend Angela, and we had a blast! So here is a step by step! Sorry there are so many pics but we had fun!

Carving Pumpkins!

For Family Home Evening this week we decided to carve pumpkins for our activity. We started carving and neither Madison or Zachary would touch the guts! So I did all the manual labor and they told me what kind of face to carve. Madison wanted a scary face and Zachary wanted a happy face.

In the pumpkin carving kit we got, it came with glitter pens. Madison felt her's needed to be sparkly!

Annual Pumpkin Patch!

Every year we take the playgroup kids to the pumpkin patch. This year instead of going to Linder Farms we went to Farmer Brown's! Bro. Brown grwos pumpkins every year and this year he let us come out and take what we wanted! It was really fun and unseasonably warm! This was Ryleigh's frist halloween so I found her a tiny pumpkin. Her and Jenna sat in the grass and played with their little pumpkins!

Big Boy!

We have been trying to get Zach to be a big boy and go potty! He will usually go first thing in the morning and before bed (he is usually dry when he gets up). He is however a little shy. He will only go if the door is closed and he is in there by himself!! But as soon as he goes he runs out to tell us that he went.

So this morning he goes, then we went to run some errands and when we get back he went again! I think he is getting it! So here is a picture of our big boy with his army tank!

The Phantom Cruise.........

Well last night we boarded the Phantom Crusie! It was a murder mystery dinner set up by our good friends Gary and Veronique! IT WAS A BLAST!! There were 5 couples. Me and Travis, the John's, Goettigs, Nightengales, and the Daleys! We were all give a character to play and by the end of the cruise someone was dead! I was Zyra Bryne a witch who put curses on anyone who accused me. Well sad to say I was the murderer! I was upset at "Richard" who left me at the alter, so I tried to kill his wife. Instead I killed their daughter to get even with him for what he did to me!! It was so fun. We got to know people and had a delicious dinner!

First School Picture!

In Madison's back pack today she brought home her first homework!! She has until Thursday to get it done, she'll of course finish it tonight. She also brought home her first school pictures!! She looks really cute! Unfortunately I can't post them, but I can email you so you can see them. Just let me know if you want to take a look at our little egg head!!

I am so proud of Madison and who she is growing up to be! There is never a dull moment when she is around! She loves school and all of her friends. Although she is bored she still has fun. (Sorry there is no picture, I will try and post one tomorrow. )
